How we do it and why are we different?
We respect cultures
We don’t have a standard solution for our projects. Every project is unique. We visit the place, in order to understand local culture and make contact with local teams. We believe this is an important key to the success of any project.
We remember the budget
We assist our clients with choosing materials. Our design is adapted to the budget of the client (especially regarding the interior design).
Quality follow up
We care about our design even after the concept is stable and approved.
Follow up missions are important in order to guarantee the initial concept. We are always available to assist local architects and engineers during further development of working documents and during construction phase.
Experience
Built projects are the best evidence. Our projects are successfully functioning not only in big cities but also in more remote provincial towns. For example, Aktobe, our most recently opened centre, in the steppes of Kazakhstan (already a huge success after only half year of opening, with 95% of leased shops in a 40 000 m2 GLA centre).
